Functional Diversity of Soil Microorganisms and Influencing Factors in Three Typical Water-Conservation Forests in Danjiangkou Reservoir Area

As a key part of the forest ecosystem, soil microorganisms play extremely important roles in maintaining ecological environment and security water quality reservoir areas. However, it is not clear whether there are differences functional diversity different types water-conservation forests areas, which factors affect microorganisms. In our study, Biolog-Eco microplate technique was used to analyze carbon source metabolic characteristics microbial communities three typical non-forest land: Pinus massoniana-Quercus variabilis mixed (MF), massoniana (PF), Quercus (QF) land (CK). The results showed that average well color development (AWCD), Shannon index (SDI) richness (S) lands significantly greater than (p < 0.05). mean values AWCD, SDI S had same order (QF > PF MF), but no significant difference among forests. biomass (MBC) nitrogen (MBN) QF were higher those MF CK, C/N ratio (MBC/MBN) lower. variance partitioning analysis (VPA) 86.4% variation explained by plant (community) diversity, physical chemical properties biomass, independently 10.0%, 28.9%, 14.9% variation, respectively. redundancy (RDA) total phosphorus (TP), (MBC), (TN), number species (Num) alkali-hydro (Wn) affecting This study confirmed ecosystem better function diversity.
